LET'S OPEN AND READ THE WORD OF GOD

Ezekiel 29:17-21(KJV)
17 And it came to pass in the seven and twentieth year, in the first month, in the first day of the month, the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
18 Son of man, Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon caused his army to serve a great service against Tyrus: every head was made bald, and every shoulder was peeled: yet had he no wages, nor his army, for Tyrus, for The Service That He Had Served Against It:
19 Therefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon; and he shall take her multitude, and take her spoil, and take her prey; and it shall be the wages for his army.
20 I HAVE GIVEN HIM the land of Egypt for his labour wherewith he served against it, because they WROUGHT FOR ME, SAITH THE LORD GOD.
21 In that day will I cause the horn of the house of Israel to bud forth, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am the Lord.

Babylonia Will Plunder Egypt
Ezekiel 29:17-21 (NKJV)
17 And it came to pass in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first day of the month, that the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
18 “Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon caused his army to labor strenuously against Tyre; every head was made bald, and every shoulder rubbed raw; yet neither he nor his army received wages from Tyre, for the labor which they expended on it.
19 Therefore thus says the Lord God: ‘Surely I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon; he shall Take Away Her Wealth, Carry Off Her Spoil, And Remove Her Pillage; And That Will Be The Wages For His Army.
20 I Have Given Him The Land Of Egypt For His Labor, Because They Worked For Me,’ says the Lord God.
21 ‘In that day I will cause the horn of the house of Israel to spring forth, and I will open your mouth to speak in their midst. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.’”

The Lord is Not UNRIGHTEOUS that HE'D forget Your Labor

10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

A Worker Is WORTHY Of HIS WAGES

1 Timothy 5:18 (KJV)
18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.
1 Timothy 5:18 (NKJV)
18 For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain,”[a] and, “The laborer is worthy of his wages.”[b]

THOSE WHO PREACH THE GOSPEL live by ITS PROVISIONS

1 Corinthians 9:14 (NKJV)
14 Even so the Lord has commanded that those who preach the gospel should live from the gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:14 (KJV)
14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

1 Corinthians 9:14 (GW)
14 In the same way, the Lord has commanded that those who spread the Good News should earn their living from the Good News.

HE GAVE THE TASK OF GATHERING WEALTH TO HE SINNER
Why? That at the Appointed Time it will be Handed to the Righteous Ones
Ecclesiastes 2:26(KJV)
26 For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit
Ecclesiastes 2:26 (NKJV)
26 For God gives wisdom and knowledge and joy to a man who is good in His sight; but to the sinner He gives the work of gathering and collecting, that he may give to him who is good before God. This also is vanity and grasping for the wind.

Our Father’s Heart Grieved
Angels Proclaim “PRAISE HIM”
Colossians 1:16(KJV)
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him

Matthew 15:8(KJV)
8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me

Isaiah 29:13KJV)
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people Draw Near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

Particularly where God is known as the divine Parent and human beings as His children, the heart of God must feel great sadness

Definitions of grieve:
verb:   feel grief
verb:   break the heart of; cause to feel sorrow

Genesis 6:5-6 (KJV)
5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that
every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6 And it repented the Lord that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

Question: "What does it mean to praise God?"

Answer: People often speak of “Praising God,” and the BIBLE COMMANDS all living creatures to praise the Lord (Psalm 150:6).

One Hebrew word for “Praise” is
  • yadah, meaning “praise, give thanks, or confess
  •  zamar, “sing praise.” A third word translated “praise” is
  • halal (the root of hallelujah), meaning “To Praise, Honor, Or Commend.”

All three terms contain the idea of giving thanks and honor to one who is worthy of praise.

Definitions of commend:
verb:   express approval of
verb:   mention as by way of greeting or to indicate friendship
verb:   express a good opinion of
verb:   give to in charge
verb:   present as worthy of regard, kindness, or confidence

The book of Psalms is a collection of songs filled with praises to God. Among them is Psalm 9, which says, “I will be glad and rejoice in you; I will sing the praises of your name, O Most High” (verse 2). Psalm 18:3 says God is “Worthy Of Praise.”

Psalm 21:13 Praises God Both For Who He Is And For His Great Power: “Be exalted in your strength, LORD; we will sing and praise your might.”

Psalm 150 uses the term praise thirteen times in six verses. The first verse provides the “WHERE” of praise—EVERYWHERE! “Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heaven

CLOSING SCRIPTURE
Psalm 148 (KJV)
148 Praise ye the Lord. Praise ye the Lord from the heavens: praise him in the heights.
2 Praise ye him, all his angels: praise ye him, all his hosts
3 Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light.
4 Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens.
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for he commanded, and they were created.
6 He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
7 Praise the Lord from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
8 Fire, and hail; snow, and vapours; stormy wind fulfilling his word:
9 Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars:
10 Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
11 Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
12 Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
13 Let them praise the name of the Lord: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.
14 He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the Lord.
WORSHIP HIM IN THE BEAUTIFY OF HOLINESS
AND
IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH
