Yield to The Breath- Receive Your 2nd Wind-
Your Enduring STRENGTH Says the Lord!
Sec·ond wind
a person's ability to breathe freely during exercise, after having been out of breath.
a new strength or energy to continue something that is an effort.
Definitions of second wind:
noun: the return of relatively easy breathing after initial exhaustion during continuous exertion
noun: renewed energy or strength to continue an undertaking
Grace Nugget:
Second wind is a phenomenon in distance running, such as marathons or road running (as well as other sports), whereby an athlete who is out of breath and too tired to continue suddenly finds the strength to press on at top performance with less exertion.

He energizes those who get tired, gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even young people tire and drop out, young folk in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
They spread their wings and soar like eagles, They run and don’t get tired, they walk and don’t lag behind.

Discipline in a Long-Distance Race
